Data controller
Personal data collected on www.littleapparthotel.fr is processed by AXIM GROUPE, a SAS registered in Lille Métropole under number 883 917 965, 22 rue du Pont Neuf, 59800 Lille, France. For any question: littleapparthotel@gmail.com.
Data collected and purposes
Contact requests. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the subject and content of your message. This data is used only to reply to you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling your requests, or pre-contractual steps you ask for). It is kept for three years after our last exchange.
Bookings. A booking involves your identity, contact details, dates and number of guests. This data is required to carry out your stay (legal basis: the contract) and to meet our legal obligations, including accounting and tax (tourist tax). Accounting records are kept for ten years. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never have access to your card details.
Audience measurement. We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool located in France, without cookies or personal data: it counts page views in aggregate, without identifying you or tracking you across websites. It does not require your consent.
Cookies and local storage
The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses:
- your browser's local storage to remember the light or dark theme;
- a technical cookie that remembers your chosen language.
Two third-party services are embedded and may set their own cookies when you use them: the Google Maps map on the Contact page and the SuperHote booking engine on the Booking page.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is accessible to our team and to our service providers:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting, privacy policy);
- SuperHote (booking management, privacy policy);
- Stripe (payment, privacy policy);
- Google (email and map, privacy policy).
Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions regarding your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to us at littleapparthotel@gmail.com or at 22 rue du Pont Neuf, 59800 Lille, France. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
